Popping any grinding noise in front end
I have a 99 grand cherokee limited 4x4 with quadradrive that I just got. The front end has issues and I can't figure out what is wrong. It felt like to front brakes were dragging and after reading a lot of post about this being a common problem i replaced both front calipers. Now it rolls better but makes a grinding sound when I drive it in forward and it also feels like it's dragging again. In reverse it make a popping sound and almost stops the jeep.
What could this be?

Lift your front end, with the vehicle in park/ transfer in 2HI and rotate the front tires, then put the transfer into 4 and turn the front tires, this will show you if the binding is in your differential or driveline
