you may notice an increase of performance but only because the old parts are likely worn. so it wont necessarily be a performance boost but more of a performance restoration. Are these parts bad? whats your reasoning behind doing all this?
A new cam, exhaust, headers, intake, Injectors, ECM flash will likely give you a noticeable difference But I wouldn't expect a whole lot. Those 4.0L aren't exactly powerhouses. then there is stroking. Theres plenty of info on the site to look into.

Come on, RIZ! Do you really think a new head and valves is going to improve your power level? All it's going to do is make it better than it was. It's not even going to be like new because you're still running the old piston rings! To put it bluntly, the 4.0 is a torquey TRACTOR engine, designed for low rpm torque, not staggering high rpm power. Even the 5.2 and the 5.9 were cammed for torque because that's what you need for off-roading and towing.
If you've ever tried, you can blow off a 5.0 Mustang in the first 50 feet, then it falls on it's face!
