The right looks ok, the left is bad? the left had repair bearing/axle saver on it, but the new bearing place seems a litle bad too?
Its 27 spline, the only place i find them for my ZJ 93 is at rockauto and
jeep4x4center, is this one from rockauto ok?

Should i replace the bearing on the right side too? I do need to replace the seal since i have had the axle out? I took it out to inspect it, i have bearing and seal, so its best to replace them too?

 

put a mic. on it-anything under .003 should be o.k. form the pic, looks to be alright.

You're in the right spot, check in the wear pattern.

 

should only be a couple thousandths less than the id of a new bearing.

 

That left shaft is shot, it will eat up bearings in short order. Replace it.

 

ok, so it was good i took it out to see how it was, so then the time and swearing i have used on the pinion shaft lock bolt was worth it ;-)
I need noe to get a micrometer (is that correct name) to measure the diameter on the axle, but is there bearings with different size?
Should i go for the rockauto axle? What is the best bearings and seal i can get, or is the one that came with the new axle ok?

 

the ones that come with the axles should be fine.

 

IMO, that right shaft looks like it's pretty worn as well. Seeing your location (Norway), if you're going to replace one shaft and bearing, you might be time and labor smart to replace both sides, cost permitting.

Absolutely replace both seals. Are you willing to tear it apart again to replace a seal? Look at the gear contact wear pattern also. This will tell you the basic health of your differential.

 

I ordered the left one, it wasnt anything to save on FedEx priority ordering two. I will order the right one later and have it shipped by boat to save some money, if i look at the bad one i think the one thats look ok would last to next summer or even longer, i dont use this car much. The gear looks fine, i will take a picture tomorrow.

 

Your choice of course. I know a lot of people overseas have trouble getting parts from the US shipped to them. I was posting with a guy in Moscow who would have to pay about $350 in graft to get an electric fan delivered to him! There was someone else who said one company wouldn't ship to his country.

It boggles the mind. I thought we were supposed to have a world economy. Why wouldn't a company want to sell their parts ANYWHERE someone would be pay for them? We are not talking military hardware after all!
