motor mounts
I am about to replace motor mounts on my 1996 jeep grand 4.0.
Every video I see shows mounts with two frame bolts. My existing and replacements have four frame bolts.
Does the steering box and steering shaft have to be removed to remove the bolts on the drivers side.

Removing the steering shaft does make it easier to get the left side mount out. There should be four frame bolts, two on top, two on the side. They're not too difficult to replace. I used a floor Jack with a 2x4 to support the engine on the crank pulley when I replaced my mounts.

I used Anchor mounts on my WJ. They are still made in the US. rockauto.com $11 for yours.
