Stripped Brake threads - Spindle!

Engine: 4.0, new lifters valve job with new springs and exhaust valves, preload set with shims
Stripped Brake threads - Spindle!
Short of replacing the entire spindle, does anyone have a fix for the dreaded brake caliper bolt hole being stripped in the spindle? Mine has held up amazingly well with a bolt that more or less just sits in there, but, that is tearing up the boot on the pin and obviously is not a fix at all.
Any aftermarket helicoil kit for this? Seems ridiculous to go replacing the whole spindle.
