Default Help a new Kid, Shaking!!

Hello there, I bought a 1995 jeep cherokee limited V8 5.2 the other day for 300$ from a buddy, its been sitting for a year, So im going thru it, checking fluids. Dipstick was stuck in there hard, I filled her with oil..... It Fired right up but was shaking SO BAD, and when i pressed the gas just a lil, The whole truck and steering wheel shook so bad i though it was gunna explode.......... Bent rod?
140,000 miles on it.

Im turring it into a trail rig mostly but want it for winter also.

Please help

Start with a compression test and a complete tune up with cap, rotor, wires, and plugs.

Are any of the motor mounts or tranny mounts good? Check there after the harmonic balancer.
