Ok this is what happen jeep was running good pulled up to brothers house visited for awhile came out jeep wouldnt start no fire replaced cps and it started but running like sh_t. Engine surging for lack of a better word replaced tps cap and button and plugs didnt help did a fuel pressure test have right at 40 when tuning key on but when I start it the pressure jumps all over about a 10 to 15 lb varience any ideas didnt do this before dont want to buy fuel pump if I dont have to.
