Front wheels bind in reverse

Front wheels bind in reverse
2004 WJ 4.7 Quadra-Trac || I’ve noticed recently that when in reverse front wheels are binding. I raised the rear of the vehicle and the rear wheels spun freely in both directions. I raised the front and the front wheels spun freely forward but would bind when spun backwards. Not sure if it could be the CV Axle shafts or the front differential. Any help would be appreciated.
