xj killing in 4L and 4H when in bind

xj killing in 4L and 4H when in bind
just changed out transfer case and the trans is good also changed main engine ground out to...thinking that was the problem .. so my question is can it be the tourge(sp?) convertor ???

did the same thing with the previous transfer case .. thats why i put the other one in.. axle is locked in front could that be a problem if theres something wrong with locker

yeah but havent put it in a bind in 2wd.. thats why im so puzzled thought it was the transfer case spent 4hrs screwing with that today ..lol..
