Default Dash/interior lights/electrical system Please help

When I turn on my headlights no matter what the left turn signal indicator stays illuminated in the dash. No matter what brightness I have the interior lights set to they flicker and fade. And go dark. My left turn signal blinks fast as if I have a light out but I do not. And sometimes when I turn off my Jeep and the headlights to the off position they will remain on until I play with the switch

Might be a few things. Bad circuit board in rear taillights can affect blinking. Broken wire in the driver's door can effect headlights.

While I have a 99, I know that the harness in the rear can be affected by the hatch door being slightly loose. It can cause the signal lights on either side, the dash and everything between to go nuts. Find the harness and make sure it's not caught or shorted by the body.
