i guess old blue is the go to guy on this thread. any chance of a private message with the info on replacing the evap core.

I didn't read this whole thread so sorry if this was already answered, but I need to replace the vaccum supply line and my question is, do I need to take off the Cluster Bezel and everything to get to that line?

Thank you for that. I just don't know if I really need to take off the whole dash to fix the vacuum supply line. It broke right outside the firewall

Hey everyone, I have a Question, I recently replaced the evaporator in my 2001 xj, found the styrofoam block on the bottom of my evaporator has been very damaged and eatin away from the freon and dye leaking, i put back together without reinstalling what was left of it and or replacing, found now that it is draining out through my floor vents, No Good!!, anyone no were i can get just the styrofoam block?, or what i can replace it with?

You might be able to get it from the dealer pretty cheap. That's what I try first when looking for hard to find parts.

my drip pan is leaking, can you send me the dash removal pages too?
