Anybody ever have their WJ pull hard to the right when you firmly apply the brakes? This is pretty scary in a panic stop.
I already replaced both front brake lines and greased the sliders. We put it on the lift and when I applied the brakes the front drivers side would still turn by hand. We broke the line loose at the frame and we didnt get any fluid. This would happen with it running or not running.

Yes, it will happen wheither it's running or not. You have a restriction in that line somewhere. Try hitting the pedal with the line open. It may have something to do with the ABS system, but I'm clueless as to what that may be.
I blew a rear line on my 97 ZJ and had to reset the shuttle valve to get any fluid to the rear brakes after replacing the hardware. I don't know why only one of your front brakes should have this problem.
Today's braking systems are too freaking complicated with all their shuttle valves, proportioning valves, and ABS you need to be a hydraulic tech to understand them. That's one of the reasons I like classic cars!
After rereading your post, I need to mention my 2000 WJ sometimes has no front brakes. Again, no fluid pressure to either side. It is infuriating because it will suddenly fix itself and we can't find anything wrong with the system. One of my mechanic friends suggested I change the ABS accuator to which I responded "Have you checked the price?" I'd sooner eliminate the system than spend that kind of cash! In NY, it's not required for vehicle inspection.
Good luck with your problem. Please post what you determine is the fix. I, for one, would like to know.

I also think it's in the ABS system. It did release fluid on the first bleed attempt but,it wouldn't after that.
Sometimes it stops perfect and sometimes you get to fight to keep it in your lane.

I had a similar issue 2 weeks ago. I bought a used ABS control module from the bone yard. Plugged it in. Re bled everything - all good.
If I didn't just do this swap, I would say make sure the rubber brake lines look new. If they are, or one is questionable it may be swolen on the inside, causing a restriction.
