Default Aiming headlights

2008 Grand Cherokee. The headlights are way out of alignment. It looks like I need a special tool. Anyone with experience on this?

Those were the instructions I used when I did mine in my '00 XJ. I was scoping out behind a strip mall to see if I could pull back 25' from the wall. There was a cop back there. He was not interested in me but I felt the need to explain what I was doing just to be safe. LOL.

I find a dark straight stretch of road in the middle of nowhere stop in the lane and take turns standing in front of one then the other to adjust them by where they are actually pointing on the roadway ahead. Can't find a wall? then find a real road... lol

Having a dark road with just a touch of fog helps.
