Default ABS light stays on

Replaced the front brakes on my '98 Grand and now my abs light stays on.
Went back and redid everything but the light is still on. Please help/advise.

Did you knick the ABS wire by the shocks?

Didn't notice any knick in the wire, but will check again to be sure.

Checked ABS wires on both sides and found no knicks. ABS light still on in dash. Brakes seem to be fine.

Just went out and checked every ABS fuse under the hood and in the kick panel on the passenger side. They all are good. ABS light still on.

Do ABS codes show on OBD-II ports?

Default another idea

You could also try disconnecting your battery. It might release the old code.

Heard low brake fluid would even cause the light to come on.
