ABS Light comes on then no start

ABS Light comes on then no start
2004 Grand Cherokee
The last few days I have had a problem with my ABS light coming on while driving. No noticeable braking issues or driving issues. I park the car and the next time I try to start there is nothing when I turn the key, no click no lights, nothing. I figured out that if I disconnect the battery and let the computer reset it starts right up. This has happened twice in the past three days. Any ideas?

Engine: 4.3L with headers and full 3" exhaust system
Get your codes scanned by someone with more than a basic code reader. I have one that will scan the ABS and body modules for codes as well as engine and tranny codes
