Default ABS

Have a 98 Grand TY 4.0, I want to disconnect my ABS and have removed the 20 & 40 amp fuse from the under hood fuse box, but the dash light stays on. Is there any way to make it go out, I was told it's possible without putting fuses back!

on my 93 it was one fuse in the fusebox behind the passenger door + 2 fuses under the hood and 2 relays. Then it act like it dont have abs.
