Need yalls help. My Zj has a factory alarm that keeps tripping. I have reset it a couple of times but it never works the same twice. I have grounded the purple/yellow wire to the frame with no luck. left the battery unhooked 12 hrs no luck, then I let it set there flashing over night and when I went out next morning it wasnt flashing and no security light on dash. However it wont stay running. Runs a couple secs then dies. Any thoughts?????

Have you tried putting the key in the driver door and turn it all the way left and right? You can also do it from the rear hatch. There's a relay behind the glove compartment that disables it too

I have tried yes. No luck with any of the doors. But I finally got it shut off last night, there was a bad switch in the rear hatch.

if i remove the vtss relay will this prevent it form happening again

Ok thanks. I had looked at some of them but it wasnt solving my problem. Jeep simplified everything else but screwed up the alarm.....
