Will the i4 engine handle overland build?

Will the i4 engine handle overland build?
Coming from a full-size v-8 F150 truck, overland build. I was wondering will my i4 2018 Cherokee latitude handle a winch bumper, hybrid/AT tires and roof tent? I won't be lifting or regearing it anytime soon. If not, I'll just keep it as a commuter.

Certainly wont win any speed records. lots of folks are cruising around with them. check out the KL section, 4th section from the top. or head over to www.expeditionportal.com, im sure there are a few KL builds over there.
