So from the start off, paid $850 for this 99. My buddy says it has over 6k into it though. Has the mounts for a full 4-link rear, as well as a dana something (30,44?). Starting with some of the more basic necessities, getting working turn signals. Then will be the extended brake lines so I can adjust the long arm kit so the front coils arent crooked. Sounds like a ujoint on the front is going as well as the power steering, also needs a general tune up and eventually some paint and fender flares.

One of the po's did a serios hack job on this one, the other knew what he was doing and spent a decent amount of cash. So while trying to get my turn signals to work, I wound up getting rid of 150' of useless wires that were simply draining the battery. After 5 hours of trying to figure out why my signals don't work, I got smart and looked up fuse diagrams, then kicked myself for not noticing there was a fuse missing. Now they work, but dont blink, they just stay on steady, probably a relay, I'll get that tomorrow along with a battery. All in all, I think I can save this truck.

850 for a new model XJ with a 4 link. You have a good friend sir, hope you realize that, aha. Just some paint and some flat bushwhackers and some new shoes and this thing would be nice. You should do orange again though.

Title/regi says orange, so orange it will be. Po cut the rockers out and I dont like it so I'll be welding in either fbs, or something tubular. Got the turn signals to somewhat work, I just have to flash em manually which isn't a big deal. It has 4link brackets but is currently on leaf springs.

Hit a bump driving today and snapped my front right upper shock mount off, gonna try to fix it tomorrow.
New:
Made a new bracket, a lot beefier. Tomorrow I'll be adjusting the long arms since some ****** decided to extend them 3" without relocating the spring perches. Probably explains why it feels so sketchy over 40mph. Also installed a 1500cfm electric fan for the radiator that I got for free. I plan on installing a second one in front of the mechanical fan, as well as an ultra slim fan on the hood as a heat extractor. Painted the grill today too. More pics in the am.
