tire carrier looks good clayton...i ordered my a-pillars friday and i noticed you asked on facebook who got tim's longarms no one did he is using the arms for his tj i however got the crossmember and will be ordering arms at some point when i get caught up with my to-do list not the spend list...
so since the anti-rattle wedge was being camera shy before i had Mark email me a pic of the wedge from another Tire carrier he made for another customer.

using an 3/8th allen wrench you tighten it to the inside of your hitch preventing any wobbling or rettling from the tire carrier, your supposed to use one of the angled ones and go through the access hole that the carter pin goes through, i found that incredibly difficult so i took my entire arm off accessing another hole n used a straight allen wrench and tightened it to a statisfactory amount.

The wedge is actually tightened thru the access hole in the rear using a 3/8" allen wrench on an extention.......I think you'll find as others have, it works great!

Once my front end is finished being replaced (u-joints, bearings, and all brake components) and I weld the rear end we should have a little meet up. Your crew and mine, 4 xjs 2 wranglers and 2 yotas would be a nice addition to your group.

On another note ordered my JCR steering box spacer and JCR front tie in brackets today. more parts will be ordered in the following days as well.
Order my RC upgraded X-Flex Joint rebuild kit for my long arms, and my Rustys Heavy Duty Tie Rod and Heavy Duty Drag Link adjustable sleeve. also picking up my new steering box tomorrow. front steering rebuild is completed baring any new issues coming into play during instal.
