Interesting. I've heard about this mod before, but it isn't anywhere as prominent as the Durango so I kind of dismissed it. I'll definitely look into it. Any certain years or models best?

Depending on which one you get, of the two s-10 boxes, one is a quicker ratio when steering. Other than that any one will work.

Here is a snipit from a Facebook group:
S10(pre 96) Steering Box = Stronger than XJ box, bolt in capable, more turning radius than Durango
(Durango has brass bushings, S-10 has dual ball bearings, and is more powerful. Definitely brace the unibody, and start thinking about 1-ton steering.)

Thanks, the 3 link is by favorite piece so far as well. Been extremely busy so progress prepping for stiffeners has been slow the past week.

Thanks!

Stiffeners are definitely some work. To do them right takes time. Looking forward to seeing your progress!

New parts. My perfectionist side got the best of me. Swapping out the JCR Tail light armor for the full integrated quarter armor with rub rail. Knew it was going to happen. Should've just went with the full armor in the first place...

Can you make a trip to Michigan and weld in my stiffeners when I get them? I don't know any competent welders, and I REALLY want stiffeners!

Ok, I'll stop muddying up the thread. I'm at work with nothing to do.
