Appreciate the heads up. I was considering it. Looks solid. More info in your build thread I'm assuming?

Been a LONG time since I looked into the Durango box "upgrade". Iirc just lots of mixed reviews. I might just pick up a new XJ box and maybe tap it for hydro assist.

Anyone know if PSC will still rebuild small bore boxes?

The anticipation of whether or not you got your CavFab 3 link installed is killing me!

I did not. The steering box issue along with shipping products and just overall busyness kept me from getting anything done this weekend. Current task is prepping the frame rails for the stiffeners first. Doing front, middle, and back so it should be fun Going to try to just knock it out a little at a time this week.

Ah yeah, good call. Stiffeners are in the queue for me, but since mine is more of a road vehicle and trail rider, I'll tackle frame stiffeners later on. Plus not being able to weld, doesn't make that an easy task for me to complete.

I'm not a welder myself either, but luckily I have some Jeep buddies who are

Well no glamorous parts showed up today. Just fresh ubolts for when I swap the leafs. Ruffstuff hands down wins the award for best packaging. Took a solid 5 minutes to dig these out of the box. Decided against a stretch in the rear for now. I have a feeling when the Notch flares arrive the tire will sit in just about the perfect spot.

Look up to doing the S-10 steering box upgrade. They also have the z62 or something s-10 box that is different than the regular steering box. Just as good as the Durango box but you dont lose the lock to lock steering that you do on a durango.

I did the S-10 box & it's a direct swap from stock. Turning radius feels just like stock (except more reliable due to using ball bearings instead of bushing on the output shaft). Best part is it's the same price as stock.
