After noticing a drastic MPG decrease in the last year, I've decided to go with my annual seafoam treatment.
I also cleaned the throttle body real good. Took that sucker right off and sprayed it down with some cleaner:

I'm now seeing about 40-50 extra miles per tank after cleaning out the motor and the throttle body. Throttle response has also seen a huge boost.
I also changed my oil. I just rolled over 140,800 miles.

Thanks!
More drama with the transmission exhaust hanger mount. The bushing broke off again. Replaced it with another one from the junk yard and decided to put the transfer case drop kit back in. It dampened some of the driveline vibrations I've started to get.

New red LED interior lighting for the perfect night vision experience.

Combined with the limo tint, you can't even tell that any lights are actually on inside of the Jeep until you open the doors... then the red light just floods out. It looks so cool in person.

Replaced motor mounts and transmission mount and the ride quality has improved drastically. No more wobbling exhaust, much tighter engine, no more clunky shifting, and quieter idle, shut off, and start up.

I removed the transfer case drop again when I put in the new motor mounts and new transmission mount. Everything is driving really smoothly now.
I've heard nothing but good things about those Brown Dog mounts. Did you go with rubber or polyurethane ones?
No, I don't lick fish.

I went with the rubber because everything I've read about rubber vs. poly said that the rubber will last longer and absorb vibes better. I didn't care too much about the vibrations, but at the same time I didn't see the need for the more solid compound of the poly... really though the bottom line was the rubber were cheaper and will last longer.

The reason for the polyurethane lasting longer is that it's a harder compound and is more resistant to weather, heat, and aging, whereas rubber is weak to all of these.
I'm now sure how the vibes would treat our plastic dashes.

Rough Country is sending me new quick disconnects for free after the blowout (awesome!).
Also, Rough Country's performance 2.2 steering stabilizer was on sale today as a Christmas special, so I decided to go ahead and order one of those too.
