So I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Starting on the Exo here, or atleast the rear end for now. Hoping to tie the tubes into the fender flares and have everything hooked up. Might mock up a design tonight or tomorrow so I can figure out the rear end of the cage. Ordering a rubicon express adjustable track bar with heim joint and some a pillar mounts for some kcs. Still looking for the wiring issue, but believe I've found the fault. That being the plug that goes into the firewall just under my clutch master cylinder

I think I may have deleted that exo cage drawing my chassis guy did. But I can try to call him tomorrow and see what he can do about another drawing.

Kinda a rough sketch, but decided to toss around some ideas for the Exo cage. Gonna have it tie into the front and rear existing bumpers along with the recently built sliders. Also ordered a rubicon express track bar, that should be here hopefully soon. Axles sitting at center waiting for the right track bar! Stay tuned for a new headlight setup I got in the works as the HID/projector setup isn't quite cutting it for me. Still have yet to crawl under the hood to check the plug I need to as I've been pretty busy with work. Good news though, if I can't get it figured out its off to the shop to have diagnostic checks run on it and have them get this thing started!

I think your draft is pretty spot on. I would only run one tube down the center of the windshield thoilugh, instead of the 2 angled ones. But that's just my opinion.

Haven't drawn the front up, but that was the plan. Those 2 are sketches of the back with and without the tail gate. Just gotta figure out the front with the snorkel and everything. Should be easy enough since its home made haha

Still working on it. I think I've found the wires that are causing my problem, just gotta pull the plug and clean up the connector and check for corrosion. If that's not the problem, then it's off to the, dare I say it, the shop haha... I'll have them run a diagnostic and get it started so my pops can get his garage back

So got word the my pops comes back from work tomorrow. Meaning if I can't find the wiring issue, she's off to the shop once the track bar shows up. I hate to not discover it on my own, but it's been toooo long

Couldn't quite find the right size to pull the bolt holding in the plug and got quite frustrated with it, so I ended up finishing/cleaning up the wiring on the 52" and the other lights. And that surprise I was talking about with the headlights? Well here's a sneak peak. Not sure I'm gonna run these specific ones since I ordered some square ones, but it's an idea. Still another surprise to come with em. Still on the ropes about taking it to the shop.. Guess I might needa find a buddy with a trailer, but still needa check the plug haha... I need more time in the day lol

Managed to pull the plug to find a good amount of dirt, and a small amount of dried up/ burnt grease. Gonna look a lil closer into the plug to check for corrosion on the terminals or separation/corrosion at the wire terminal connection. If all goes well it should be an easy fix, if not its off to the parts jeep to rob the connector

So the last thing I could think of wasn't the problem... So now it's getting her ready to head to the shop as soon as the new track bar shows up. Wj shocks hung in the rear. On another note, anyone know how to get a stuck front shaft to extent? Or better yet a way to get rounded bolts off where it connects to the tcase??

Couple taps of a 2lb hammer or dead blow hammer. That's how I got mine freed up.

I'll give it a try! If not I'll look at getting the one orilleys has that's a bit long for $290 or so. That way I can snag the 6" coils from my buddy and run 8" front, 7" rear and look for some 35s or so
