Heat and force, or new bar and mount. I went pricing the other day. Found a mount for 100 and a bar alone for 200 or a combo from r.e. or rustys for 200 together(can't remember the brand)
pull the old bracket and get up with Russel on Jeepin' Alaska. I'm sure he can make you a double sheer bracket (with some input from me) easily.
I can always pull my bracket and copy it if need be. A double sheer will be over all stronger, and will flex better during articulation, since the joint will pivot around the bolt instead of using the joints misalignment range.

Welp sadly she lives to sit in the garage another day... Decided to go ahead and just buy a double sheer track bar bracket and not even bother with the stock bracket anymore. No more bars on the hood either for now, ordered something a lil more low profile but slightly bigger than before. Hopefully, can get this thing atleast out of the garage before Christmas...

I went with a rubicon express 1600 from Amazon for $130 with free shipping and then just ordered IRO bracket for $60 and that came out to $100 with shipping to ak.. So about the same price you're looking at haha

So I found some functioning scoops at Walmart.. I know right? Well anyway they've been installed over the vents I built awhile ago and then I rhino lined the whole hood to match the rest of the paint

Well I'm taking advantage of the down time I have while waiting for the track bar bracket, so I finally decided to wire up the rock lights rather than them just sitting there not hooked up

So this pay day/next couple of weeks will be interesting.. Ordering 3" coil blocks, an axle truss, new spring perches, and hood pins for the heep. Hopefully picking up a Dana 30 and Chrysler 8.25 out of an aw4 auto Cherokee for the 3.55 gearing and swapping them onto mine after building up a bit to handle bigger tires. Hopefully the heep will like 3.55 better than 3.07s. And eventually once it's back from the shop, I've got plans to build a 1 ton steering setup for next to nothing compared to buying one. So that's how the next couple of weeks should look. The bracket from IRO hasn't shipped yet since they just shipped off a batch to powder coating so hopefully it'll get sent out soon and I can atleast get the turd outta the garage

Waiting on the track bar bracket to come in so I can keep my axle centered before it heads to the shop. With as much a pain as it was to get centered, I really don't wanna do it again lol. Everything else is mostly just plans for when it gets back, with the exception of the axles as I'm getting em for free

Found my Alaska hitch I made back in shop class, and well I made use of it. Fed-Ex says the bracket is supposed to show up on Tuesday, so that should go in along with the track bar as soon as it shows up and then will be headed out shortly after for diagnostic

I'll figure a way to get it out haha
