Finally picked up some DOM tubing to finish off the rock sliders. Found a rubicon express adjustable track bar for a decent price that I'll pick up hopefully Friday if he's still got it, if not trail toys says they have some locally so I'll try them out. Dug into the 95 column swap and decided it was more of a wiring mess than I wanted to deal with, so Imma pull the one out of a buddies wrecked 92 for a direct swap. Picking up a new cap and rotor once I get paid, meaning everything but the block is brand new. Just gotta get the proper timing for the dizzy and fingers crossed I can finally get this thing back on the road. Miss wheeling my own rigs and the muds not gonna be around much longer!!

No kidding there! I think I'm going to plate the under side between the unibody where the pinch weld would've been with 1/4" just to ensure they'll take a beating
I just read all 24 pages of your build.
I'm hooked.
I have a suggestion about your no start issue.
Check the plug for the steering column electrical.
There should be 2, right next to each other, and they can only go in one way. One grey, the other blue, if I remember correctly. My daughters 92 stopped running one afternoon, and it took me forever to find that the grey plug was melted, and had caused the ign. wire to short on another one.
It would crank, and get spark, but no start.
I swapped in a new (cut from a jy XJ) and it fired immediately. Cost me $1.00.
Just a thought.

Well, just to be sure, I went out to my jeep, to verify the plugs, but I can't see them because I put everything back, when I swapped my steering column last year.
But I remember there are 3. One is on the side, and pretty small. The other 2 are on top and have to go in, and come out together. If you don't do it that way, you'll break them.

Finished up the passeger side tube work. Ran outta time before work to start the other side, but I did get it cut so I might have time to tac it in tonight
I've bought all my tube between Ruff Stuff, Green Tree, and Amazon. It all came down to price, and timeframe. If I had lots of time to wait I go through Ruff Stuff, if I need it today Green Tree.

replaced the old rotten ones with tube tied into the unibody
