I used this stuff pretty much everywhere - great paint and sprays evenly at any angle with excellent coverage

Ordered a bunch of things today:
New Cat (i went with the same one i had, but universal)
Assorted clamps and piping to redo the connections, a new donut and new hanger
150A Marine Circuit breaker
Marine battery terminals
Annoyingly my shimmy/vibrations have gotten worse. I've had some shaking between 55-60 for a little while, but now i have a vibration at low speeds also. I need to take some time next week to
a) get my tires rebalanced
b) tighten the sector shaft on my steering box - has a bit of lateral play
c) pull front driveshaft to rule that out
d) jack up the front and check the wheel bearings - better not be those since they're < 1yr old Timkens
e) check front diff fluid level

whelp all my new exhaust parts are here, as well as the circuit breaker and terminals. Exhaust is getting redone tonight after work.
Put some time in last night at the shop on Ft Meade - got all my tires re-balanced, pulled the front driveshaft, and checked the hubs and ball joints. Hubs and ball joints were fine, tires were pretty far off balance, and the pinion side ujoint in the front driveshaft is crispy. Happily my wobble is gone as is the low speed vibration. Smooth up to 80mph.

Got a LOT done on the jeep this weekend.
Exhaust is re-done with a new CAT and redone seals and joints from the header back, and a new o2 sensor. Sounds amazing with no leaks. The old cat was completely empty and void of all converter type material, which is probably why it smelled like crap....
New Cat welded up:

Trying out a band clamp at the tailpipe:

Changed my oil filter adapter o-rings. The small ones were ok, but the large one was like a piece of hard square plastic instead of round rubber, so I'm sure that's the one that was leaking. Old on the left, new on the right.

Finally installed all me new 4AWG power and ground cables, as well as my new battery terminals and 150A circuit breaker in preparation for the 136A alternator install.
New cables and terminals:

New 150A circuit breaker to protect the electronics since the PDC mains are bypassed with the new cables:

For the starter wire the stock setup uses a combined power / trigger connector, so I used a razor to separate out the trigger wire, and attached the wires separately.

Changed the cap, rotor, and plug wires with new brass contacts and shielded LiveWire plug wires.
Cap was definitely due for a change:

New Cap and Rotor installed:

New plug wires:

Snazzy:

Also completed...
- Replaced the front ujoint on my front driveshaft, so that's ready to go back in at some point.
- Tightened the over the center adjustment on my steering box a bit. Seems to have eliminated most of the slop in the sector shaft.
- Cut and tapped my new shifter **** and installed it (sorry no picture yet). The TC shifter will also be installed soon.
- Oil Change
Truck is running amazingly good for 273,500 miles!!!

BWD C275.
Yours will likely be different though since it's a renix.

I'm pleasantly surprised that it's the same cap for mine too. Just cross referenced it. Think I may be doing this soon. Did you replace the rotor button too?
