Well i know it came apart at least a little inside quite a while ago and got plugged some, plus i've been burning oil (not anymore hopefully thanks to new valve seals). I can just tell it's down on power and i'm sure that's parts of the reason why. I have emissions coming up so to be sure i'm gonna change it anyways. Should be interesting to see what i find once it's off

 

Oh ok. How did the inside "come apart"? I thought yours wasnt very old? Im asking because I need a new exhaust system to pass emissions too.

 

It was new in march 2009. Bounced it off a rock or 2 early on me thinks. I remember a stage when it must have come apart - had issues with it getting plugged up ( I could hear it), then one day it sounded like someone tossed a handful of popcorn kernals down the tailpipe and it hasn't gotten plugged since, but it can't look good in there...
