got the TJ flares on the rear only today - putting flares on the rear of an XJ sucks *****. They look decent...not totally happy with how the rears look (mostly at the break point) but I don't plan to have them on the jeep too long.
Front should be cake though. Will try to tackle that tomorrow after work.

Stoked on all of your JY finds...I live in BFE and its a decent drive to find any You-pulls or JY to try and cannibalize other vehicles. Especially in looking for axles and gears
Definitely coming back for some ideas!

Shakedown complete!
Locker definitely needs to either get removed or fixed. I'll be calling Richmond Gear on Monday to see what they think is going on, but it's definitely not good - it's unloading very violently and loudly (you'll hear it in the video below).
Other than that everything is working gravy. Ended up high centering my LCA mount on a big *** rock, bent on side a little and got some scratches but hey - had to happen eventually. I'm gonna see if I can get someone to weld on my LCA skids before Rausch in 2 weeks for some more piece of mind.
Anyways, pics and video:
Pretty damn good flex for short arms - limiting factor is when the LCAs hit the shock mount. Fender openings, shocks, and rear springs all have quite a bit of flex room left

And here's me on a rock - yes, my tire is just hanging out in space...

And everyone likes video! Notice the load *** snapping of my locker unloading

so...took the locker out. No damage to the drivers or broken pins, so must be worn out springs. Will be ordering new springs/pins soon and will try again at a later date.
Until then running spider gears and it drives amazingly smooth

sexified my front/rear bumpers and front clip last night - repainted them with that rustoleum trim/bumper paint with the picture of a cherokee on the can - **** looks mint

And in case I decide to mount any rocks with my LCA again this weekend - by bud Alex welded on my JCR Mini Skids - MOAR PROTEKSHUN!

And I also pop riveted and sealed up the rear quarter panels

So...all that's left for this upcoming trip this weekend is to install a thumb throttle, which I picked up the parts for yesterday, and apply some di-electric grease to my sensor/underhood connections. Then pack up the truck to head out Friday morning!

Also I took a measurement for the lift height the other night - rear did settle a bit - sitting currently at just under 5" over stock with my spare tire and tools in the back. Front it at ~6" over stock - so i'll be trimming the front spacer ~1" down the road to level it out
