oh man - getting the old ones out was a total PITA. I used a combination of a drill, sawzall, and pliers to rip the rubber to shreds, then cut the sleeve out with the sawzall.

That black smear was all that was left of the bushings when I was through with them

puttin them in was cake - cleaned up the hole, sprayed with WD40, and snacked them on the garage floor till they were all the way in.

as far as the rebound clips, I used 3/16" x 1" stock from home depot. Cut it into 4 pieces, then marked and drilled each one. I used pop rivets into the leaf.

This is my name inspiration by the way:

"A super-powered, high-tech vehicle designed by a genius, or perhaps space aliens, the Danger Cart can reach speeds of up to four miles per hour. The most impressive aspect of the Danger Cart is, of course, its fierce appearance - many a villain has trembled in fear at the sight of it lumbering toward them."

yea...I'm a slacker when it comes to things for myself lol. By the time I decided I needed one there were piles of things to add, and it only got worse from then on. Took me about 4 hours on Saturday to document everything up to this point.

Got it muddy night wheeling a little last night. Looked great dirty! Then woke up this morning to rain, which destroyed my masterpiece

Planning some killer homebrew disconnects based off JKS's design, but better and WAY cheaper

What do you guys think?

yes I did. I had to squeeze the "ears" of the shackle together a little to fit the XJ spring bushing, and had to grind down the metal sleeve on the other end about 1/8" on each side to fit the XJ mount, but worked great
