Awesome building man, good work. One of the jobs we are getting ready to start is a big sow gestation/farrowing complex. 122'x1124' & 93'x1103' buildings w/ 2' pits under whole thing for waste holdings; will hold almost 6000 sows. Wouldn't be possible w/o good engineers, props man.

Placed an order for shock bushings for the 5150s. Also in other news my front passenger side brake is now metal on metal (oops) so new Centrix 120 brake rotors are ordered and i'll be picking up some Duralast Gold pads to install later this week.

Also picked up a new-to-me 5-speed front drivshaft (needs front joint) to install, as my front slip joint is completely shot. Lasted almost 285k so I can't complain too much. I'll keep is as a trail spare or salvage the new u-joints and CV kit for the other one.

Also picked up my HD Offroad Mid-Stiffeners. They'll get installed at some point this spring/summer along with new LCA mounts and trans crossmember weld nuts.

Nice. Those Duralast pads are pretty good.

I notched mine to fit around my crossmember. I tacked the front in place then used a jack to bend the rest of the steel to the unibody and weld it all up. I jumped around from front to back to avoid super heating the unibody and burning it up.

yea i don't want to notch around me crossmember. I already have one bolt that snapped when i replaced my transmission mount and the frame rails have a splice there that needs some reinforcing, so I think i'll going to remove the nuts there now and weld new ones to the stiffener. May add a couple for a bigger crossmember attachment in the future also with 4 bolts.

I only notched mine because my Clayton crossmember was already welded to the unibody. Now it's all welded together.

I installed the full HD Offroad stiffeners. I notched mine around the crossmember like 94XjSport94 said he did. I found it best to use big C clamps and bottle jacks to get it tight against frame rail. The, laying on your back to make the upside down welds was my favorite part. Found that using a stitch weld technique worked the best. Also, get everything clean as possible so the welds don't get all nasty. That undercoating did not like being welded through, lol. All in all its a pretty straightforward job that you'll handle with ease.

lower front shock BPEs ordered. Went with Iron Rock BPEs since they don't rotate the shock eye in the wrong direction. Bushings should come today so i'll get those pressed in this week.

Also planning on finalizing the floor repairs (couple holes to cover and a squeak to silence), and some misc. other stuff this week. May get to bedline the interior this weekend if it's nice enough outside.
