I picked up this spare 33" for $50 this past weekend and got it on the carrier today in preparation for tomorrow...... It looks massive on there with the 31s still on.

New tires on! I can't believe how quiet they are. Much moreso than my old 31's.
Time to finally set my bumpstops right...because I really dig this setup!

No, I don't lick fish.
RAWR! Now that's the way it's supposed to look.

Update on my fan switch situation from the previous page. I found that the Start-Run 12V source I was using was not providing enough juice to energize the relay. I found another wire in the smaller wiring loom under the hood and now the switch works perfectly as designed. Comes on manually when turned on, when off, PCM controls it. No CEL! I've found that turning it on right at 200 degrees on a hot day stabilizes the temps a bit and keeps it from getting real hot. I think that 218 degress is too hot for the fan to switch on--it can't keep up at that point. My opinion, anyways.
This week is going to be a busy one as I prepare for the big Jeep Show in my town this weekend. Got a lot done yesterday! I snagged a nice tranny cooler from an early 90's Explorer over the weekend at the JY to use instead of the ZJ cooler I picked up many months ago. I got it installed last night and also did a full trans flush using the return-line-in-a-gallon-jug method. Worked a treat, although I definitely made a mess.
I did bypass the radiator, and am curious to see first-hand if "overcooling" is really a thing with the AW4 in PA's winters. If it is, my plan is to implement a thermal bypass valve (idea from this thread) to keep that junk out of the radiator.
While I had it all apart and was waiting for paint to try on the rusty tabs of the cooler, I decided to relocate my horns a little bit, since they are kind of in a derpy location. All I had to do was bend the brackets around which I used a vise and some welding pliers I have. Now they are much more out of the way.
Next up, plans for tomorrow and Thursday at the latest, I'm going to bust out my hockey pucks and fix my bumpstops for the new 33's. More to come.

So a couple nights ago, I finally got around to installing the set of Infinity OEM tweeters that I got from a guy on Craigslist along with an overhead console, all for $80. Not sure if that was a great deal or not. But unfortunately, the passenger side does not work. I am looking into replacement tweeters to retrofit. But at least the drivers' side sounds great!
I am still unsure of whether I'm going to install the overhead console or not. I'd likely end up redoing the whole headliner if I do.
Last night, I got my hockey puck bumpstops in finally. I may need to adjust them in the future but this should do for now. I just ran a 3/8" bolt through the coil spring mounts on the axle. Passenger side was a bit of a pain and required me to drill an access hole under the axle trackbar mount.
I've also picked up a pair of AirBake cookie sheets to fabricate a heat shield for my muffler. No pics yet, but hopefully will get that done tonight. The 2014 York All-Breeds Jeep Show is going on in my town this weekend and I'm hoping to score a new exhaust manifold and a tranny temperature gauge for cheap, if I can find any.
