As gently as I could with a pair of Channel Locks.. It did help to push out from the inside.

after seeing those other pictures im about 98% sure those are Rubicon Express lower control arms.

I think youre right about the lca's being RE because the rear spring packs are RE 1462 4.5"..

Gave it a bath today which is not really a big deal but I did give it a rattle can face lift covering some previous yellow overspray. I think it turned out good. These are the before and during Pics.

And here are the results.. I'm not a paint and body man by no stretch of the imagination but I think that it looks great for a lil tape, prime and paint. Rear bumper tonight.

that paint job cleaned it up really good, and now u just need to get ur JEEP put on it!!! LOL!!!
