Man, awesome build, you could almost make a book out of it with all the ups and downs you've had. I'm just starting a 98 4dr. Got it at a price like yours with a new engine. Awesome rig tho bro.

thanks man! and yeah lots of ups a few downs lol. but it is one step back and 3 forward.
like today:
So this is for 96 and prior rear window or 84-01 side windows.
First clean your new window (mine came from a Wagoneer).

then instal your gasket around the window:

and make sure it is seated all the way around:

grab smaller diameter rode/twine/cord and wrap it around the gasket, this will help pull the gasket over the lip in on the hatch/body
enlist a little help and have them hold it while you go on the inside to seat the window

make sure he is holding good and tight

and then start pulling the cord and making sure the seal is seated properly

and enjoy your new window

tinting soon to be done by a professional to give my 5% in the back again

Hey man, sweet build. I noticed you have plenty of pictures with bikes mounted up on your roof rack. What have you found to be the best way to mount them up there and do you ever drive on the freeway with them up there? Do you have any close up pictures maybe of how you get them to stay? I go mountain biking all the time and I have a roof basket and could definitely use some tips. Thanks!

For the front (top mount)
i run the $10 fork mounts and grade 8 bolts and then space then (2") every other one to avoid handle interference

and on the rear i use the same $10 fork mounts but I mount then using eye-bolts I mount them to the fork-mounts and then I use a 3/4" bolt thru the eye-bolts to lock it to the rack
the whole rack will hold 12 bikes when all of the fork mounts are installed. which it has been done before haha (at highwayspeeds)

Sweet video- a little different from the woods we have out here in colorado, but looks like a blast. Dang I can't wait for it to stop snowing here in Colorado so I can get out on some trails again.
And as far as the rack, the bikes definitely look like they are mounted on there pretty well and I really appreciate all the details they help out a lot.
One last thing though, I have the through axle 15mm fox f32 fork like yours and I zoomed in on one of your other pics, and was wondering if the part on the left was used for this type of axle and if so did you buy that somewhere? Sorry for all the questions, but you are definitely an expert in this area haha twelve bikes is pretty impressive.

to answer your photo those are just standard fork mounts. $10 each lol.
and then for my 15mm thru axle i use a piece of all thread. I red locktight'd a big nut and washer on one end (the skewer side) then i use a bigger washer and another big nut on the other end. I have not had a problem with the integrated nut in the fork and the big nuts allow you to wrap your hand around them to tighten it up.

and for those who do not know what a thru axle is or the size.
a thru axle is a version of a Quick release axle, but the "nut" is integrated in the fork and then it being 15mm allows almost no flex in the fork. and now companies are coming out with 12mm rear thru axles. yeti is the main one right now.
standard QR vs 15mm Thru
