Dana 44 and steel 15x8 the rims were used I justcleaned them up and hit the with some Rustolium metallic Black Click Click

I had to remove the carrier to take the ring gear off to put the mini spool in this is common on dana 44 cause the ring gear is to big to slide the pin out with the ring gear attached to the carrier.......The carrier is a pain to get out just take your time and pry carefully.....also mark the bearing caps so you dont switch sides with them or even turn them over on the correct side this would be very bad for your rear end.......you can see how my is marked with a J on the cap and the diff housing.......the other side the J is horizontal not vertical so as not to confuse the sides .....see green arrows below

Got the Tires mounted today they are 32x11.50-15 Sport Kings there not the best but they will due for now and they were cheap 
Keep up the hard work and you will have a beast to go wheeling with. Once Leo3000 gets all his upgrades done and I get all my repairs done we can take them out to Stoney Lonesome OHV in Cullman and beat on them a little.

hahahaha....I told you thanks in person But thanks again did you check the pics of the mini spool install?.......I will let you know how it dose on and off road when I get her all put back together....When it comes time to remove your carrier From your Dana 44 hit me up I have a few tricks that made it easier....they are really in there good and you will cus a lot trying to get it free.....any way take it easy

lol... im gonna do it... just waiting till i get this WJ done and running so i can move it out the shop and my XJ in to get some axle and interior make overs... but WJ motor suck to pull out... i cant get the front fan off to get the radiator and everything out... sucks...
