Think about it. How many Cherokee enthusiasts really live on you? Not many. How many go on this site? Even less. How many would like those tires/headlights? Even less. I guarantee you if you told us what those dumb tires were called you would never see them driving around in your town.

A lot of it boils down to curiosity, dude.

Personally? I thought your ag tires looked stupid. Same for the headlights. But it's your build and I guess if you wanna be a hipster then go for it. But I was curious to know what they were called/how much they cost/etc. I like expanding my knowledge.

You're just making yourself look like a douche. Maybe if you want to be unique you shouldn't be on a community based website.

well I live in WV, so, about 5,000+ depending on how big of a sample area. but there are 6-7 alone on the street I live. Ill pass 20 on the way to work, and I work 12 blocks away. so yes, a ton, it gets ridiculous, and they dont all have to be on this site, just one of them.

1: I told you. I wasnt too fond of the idea, but YOU kept trying to make a point of it, so I told you, so you could sit around a feel like you had some sort of victory.
2: If EVERYONE is SOOOO butt hurt about me not telling everyone what tires I use, (not only to be different in looks, but also in competition, as the other jeep gets mud raced), on a jeep that isnt even relative to this build, then by all means, Ill take my hipster douche baggery on to another site. Do you think I gain anything by sharing? NOPE.

Got the new injectors put in, with all new orings. The 703s really helped out my 97, so well see how the 784s work on this one.

I've never heard of an intake cracking. Think it could somehow be related to the heat-shielded exhaust manifold?

well, I meant maybe I cracked it myself by accident, mishandling it or something. I just put it all back together and its better, but still leaks around the intake. I guess Im just gonna buy a new gasket and put a stock intake on for now...it could be just the gasket but Id hate to put a new gasket on and it be the manifold.

What kind of gasket are you using? I always use the Victor Reinz metal ones and put copper RTV on both sides. Never had an issue with leaks.

Yeah, I normally just use the felpro guys, and Ive not had an issue at all. But this time I tried just using the cheapo one that came with the header....Im gonna pick up new manifold, and TB gaskets tonight. I want to use my modded intake, but I have to have this thing done for a race this weekend, so I dont really have time to be wrong, or have time to mod a known good intake either....

Ill probably just throw the stock one back on, so I know it will be ready for the race.

Use a felpro gasket, the one that came with the header doesn't seal well as you have seen.

Well that was it, Im sooooo relieved that it was just the gasket. well that means we got my ported, and shaved 99+ intake manifold, 784s, and bored TB and installed ready to run. now from here on out, it will be ready for the race, everything else is just improvements.

Coated. Heat wrapped, trimmed and ported TB, deleted iac, and a shot of the velocity stack
