The whole suspension settles evenly 2. The rear sags and I put the 3rd leaf back in 3. The rear sags and I pull the 0.75" coil spacers out 4. The front sags and I pull the spacers and get ACOS instead The clean picture above the hood vent install is the best I got for a side shot for now. I am about to go into the field for a couple of weeks and will take more pictures when I get back and get her all cleaned up again. Basically the 31x10.50 is starting to look a little small in the bigger Napier flared wheel opening at 4.25" lift. I will more than likely go 32x11.50 after I regear and bumpstop accordingly.
Nice rigs. If I could ever find a nice low mileage XJ in Dallas I would be selling my Rubicon with MC and buy a MC suspension for the XJ. Love it on my Rubicon.

I got to see the Hope Floats jeep that Matt did with BleepinJeep (YouTube, if you haven't heard of it). It's got the JCR rear bumper with the tire carrier and man it's really cool! I just wish the price tag wasn't quite that high.

I'm looking at the Rockhard 4x4 tire carrier bumper and possible a JCR front of I may try to fab something that will tuck the winch in where the front crossmember is.

Thanks for the info on the leaf, now at least I know what to look for if I decide to remove on. Just depends how the ride gets once I add the bumper, skid plate and interior organization stuff.

Can't wait to see your XJ progress!
Yep same here, I even sent them an email to see if they had any prototype fender flares I could buy before I pull the trigger on the Napier's and they didn't have any. They are missing out on the market.

I would have no regrets going with JCR for sure. BleepinJeep has given me some ideas to think about in a lot of his videos. I'm gonna build a Sy-Klone cowl snorkel off of a Spectre intake and got the idea started by one of his videos.

It'll be a slow build, but it gives me something to do. I've just been saving up for the right parts that I want, with....No Compromises, haha.

Thanks man. I actually bought this when I lived back home in Arlington, TX. I bought it at Specialty Autoplex many years ago, but they sell a ton of Jeeps from there.

I've looked there before and they are usually really high on their prices.

Subbed. This thread has inspired me to not compromise, and go for the Metalcloak. Keep up the quality!

Great build man, subbed. Did you run into any problems with your Truck Lites and fog lights? I had to pull my fog light fuse in order for my Truck Lites to work properly.

I have read about some people running into that issue, but no I haven't had any problems with either one working properly so far.

If that did happen, I was prepared to just pull the fog lights out completely and trim the lower plastic from the bumper. But I guess I'll wait until I get my JCR front bumper with LED cubes and hope it all works well together

UPDATE: So the Airsoft BBs I put in my tires, when I installed the beadlocks, for balancing are not working out so well anymore. They started out great with brand new wheels and tires, but as the tires wore and after several offroad trips, I began to get vibrations above 35mph. Kinda disappointed this didn't work out.

I have heard the Kevlar MT/R and AT tires from Goodyear are difficult to balance and keep balanced. Maybe BBs are not ideal for a smaller tire like the 31". Not really sure what the cause of the vibrations were or why this didn't work and it has worked for numerous other people. Oh well, we used a car vac to get all the BBs out and got them spin balanced and it's smooth as silk again. Maybe I'll attempt this again when I go up in tire size with actual Dynabeads, we'll see.

I'll probably just end up pulling my fog lights out as well, I never really use them anyways. I've heard those hutchinson wheels can be a real pain in the *** to remove from a tire. Did you have any trouble removing the front side?
