Caution sign yellow with some metallic flake. If anyone cuts you off when it's that color, they deserve to have your bumper peel off their roof like a sardine can.

so sad but so true. my gf and i were Xmas shopping the other day walking out to her car and there was a red xj parked on a snow bank where a spot was plowed in and i was like "that guy is definitly a jeeper" and she looked at me and said "you know your going to get another one for a daily driver..i just know you will" and she smiled.

shes a keeper

I've followed this build ever since I've been on the forum and I loved it every step. I'm so sorry to see it end like this especially around Christmas time when money is especially tight. Hopefully everything works out for you no matter what you end up with. Be sure to let us know what you're selling in your part out because I'm sure we would be happy to pitch some money your way to help out.

yeah man it did happen at a horrible time but luckily i wasnt to strapped for cash i could still keep all the gifts i bought. as for the jeep, im keeping it, i found a solid roof up north and were gonna cut my roof off, take out the back windows and weld the new roof to my jeep, put the glass back in and i may have scored some doors too..that just leaves a hatch as the last thing to find. but ive sold the sliders, bumper, bushwackers and just need to find a buyer for the tires

haha yeah man i couldnt let it go..plus ive put so much $$$ in it it would be stupid to sell everything. were gonna cage it, throw some better offroad tires on, paint it, im gonna lower it and she will be a beast.

and to keep everyone updated, the plans for this go

suspension: 6.5 or 4.5" IRO long arm lift
tires: 33 or 35" intercos (unsure which tires for sure yet)
wheels: cragar 15x10s may do DIY weld on bead locks
axles: D30 w/ AA tabs, locked, chryco 8.25, locked
same drivetrain
roll cage

some other odds and ends but this will take awhile to do but should definitly be worth it in the end
