just alot of sanding. i started with some 80 grit then moved to a finer grit..used some acetone to clean it up and then did a couple coats of primer and then painted it.

thats a nice build you got there. how long did you have the jeep be for you started to build it. it took me about two months to start on mine so far i have that front diff changed and my light bar for the roof and still cant think of what bumper i want on the front. I plan to build what I can with the skills that I have, plus it helps i got a two car garage with some room to work. I've been throw the 25 pages and it cool just seeing how yuor xj grew over time.

thanks bro i drove it stock for a good 5-6 months. cb was the first mod then it slowly progressed to lifting it. i rocked 30" muds on 4.5" of lift for almost a year..then i got a better job haha. its just progressed for the past 4 years and keeps getting stuff added to it.

also, sounds like darrick at IRO might be interested in trading my 34s, AR rims, and my cragars for a set of rear shocks for the 8.5" lift and 8.5" coils for the front so my jeep should be sitting at 8.5" soon enough just gotta order up the 15x10 wheels.
