heres how far the tires stick out

still need to lift the back end up..ive got to change the alternator in it..again..gonna make a splash shield this time around..or just avoid mud but what fun is that? haha
but yeah..i wont be able to change it til sunday cause tonight the gf already made plans to go downtown on a date night and see a holiday parade and i promised her i wouldnt miss this one since most of our date nights get cancelled due to the jeep haha. i just made her promise she will get up at 6 with me and drive me to work every day and pick me up at 9 every night.

thanks man i originally had a 6x12 sheet of aluminum with self tappers up in it but it was ripped down when i hydrolocked my jeep and was pulled out backwards. im thinking something more along the lines of some thicker metals and actual bolts holding it up. also gonna cut it out a little more..the original shield rested on the oil pan too and was just way to flimsy.

thanks man actually just got it running tonight..so i pulled the alt and it had a dent in it..WTF

no idea how it got there..so new one went in, hooked everything back up, good to go. funny thing is, now at 8.5" of lift, i could just sit under the jeep and pull the alternator hahahaha awesome.
test drove it, it had been snowing since i left work so i was anxious to get out..man it was snowing like crazy and still is. ofcourse brings out the worst in other drivers. i had a pathfinder pull out infront of me and ofcourse skipped the right lane and went right into the middle where i was. had i stopped i would have slid into him so i swerved, downshifted and slid around him..stupid dude on his cell phone. point of this, god i love the KM2s in the snow! i had to bring the cam and got some good pics.

and damage report..was waiting in an empty parking lot for my buddy with his XJ on like 4" and 33s with a home built cow catcher bumper. well, showing off to some friends, he slid sideways and over drifted and hit me..just pushed in the pass side bumper..no damage to anything else though thank god

and some more random pics tonight

so yeah, plan on putting the hitch on sunday..other than that just gotta find time to get down to IRO to get my rear shocks to put my back lift in..ill keep you posted
