I'd think that that would be a good thing. If they weren't grabbing so much, you'd spin out and end up in a ditch.

Went to work on the alternator replacement. Took a while to get it out once it was unbolted , finally got mad and just yanked it out with an old sock. Replaced the belt with a Gates while I was in there.

Taking the battery out made everything a lot easier. It would have been even easier to take the battery tray out but the bolts were seized and the first one broke right off. Decided to keep it on.
