Got the second layer of bedliner in today. I need to get a small brush to reach the spots that the roller can't get to but if it dries well I can finally get my front seat in again.
Finished up the passenger front side today!!! Now the next major part is the driver side. That's gonna stink because I won't be able to drive it until it gets done. Still waiting on my double shear trac-bar from KOR as well. Also need to replace front hubs, and ujoints on the axle, ujoints on the front driveshaft, rear pinion seal, the headliner (again), rust above the rain gutters, radiator will need to be replaced, the unibody stiffeners need to go on after the rest of the floors, and probably more that I'm not thinking of. Can't wait to get started again...
Decided to take a break from the floor pans and knock out some other stuff I needed to get done. So I replaced the rear pinion seal and changed the fluid in the rear diff. First time I got to see inside and as far as I could tell everything is healthy!
Alright and lastly do hubs usually come with new mounting screws or do you have to source those separately? In particular the Timken hubs.
In my experience yes hubs do come with new mounting screws. And also it may be a pita to get off of its seized on. I'd highly recommend a can of on blaster and let it soak for a day before attempting to pull it out.

I'm spraying the bolts now so I'll continue doing that for a while til I decide to try again. At a minimum I need to get the passenger side done, but both would be ideal.
The rear passenger seat belt bolt has been giving me a bit of trouble but I was finally able to get it out by grinding the head down, drilling a divet into the center and taking a hammer and punch and beating the weld nut off the bottom. Not what I'd prefer but it got the job done.
Been a while since the last update because I've just been really busy, the weather, and of course my lack of motivation Anyways finally got the real wheelwells done and the rear seat back in. Only part that's left is the driver front and rear, but that won't be able to get finished until spring or so unfortunately. Still need to replace the u-joint on the front axle. It's about ready to explode I think!
Looks like my transfer case is leaking. It appears to be coming from the seal at the front driveshaft. How hard would it be to pull the t-case and rebuild it? Figure if in going to need to pull it to fix that eventually might as well replace the stuff that's worn out.
