Thanks, I am happy with it.
I installed my AEM wide band the day after the swap. its runs great, 14.5-15.3 at idle, 15-15.5 cruising, and under hard acceleration it reads 13-13.5. based on my research on line is practically perfect for a NA gas engine.

Well I picked up some very cheap lower tread 37/12.50/15 MTR's and some extra wheels, re-grooved them today... got about 4-5 32nds's back in the centers and 7-9 32'nds of tread back on the shoulders
also a lot more aggressive pattern. Just going to throw these on for a trail or 2 and see how much I like 37's. May stick with 37's, may run 36's... have to run them and see, either way no more lift, its all going to be cutting and tube flares once I have the time to do so after my cage is built.

And I got my inside switch panel(advanced 4x4), switches/buttons and wiring harness 12voltguy)for my inside winch controls and rock lights. this panel replaces the ashtray in the center console, and allows me to run my winch without having to hooking up the remote, or have the wire flopping around outside.

Those switches are a sweet setup. If there's a way to run it so you can still use your winch controller outside I would do that too. I used to have the controls to mine mounted in the console but there were times when I wanted to be outside watching what was going on when the winch was running, so last time I had it off I rewired it to control from the outside. Both would be ideal IMO. But to each their own, you;re a big boy!

Nope, lol. its just sitting. The stroker is making a tick noise that has been unable to narrow down at this point(its not a valve spring, lifter, rod/main bearing, cam, rockers, push rods, flex plate, or t/chain) which is why I think its a wrist pin (brand new :/)
But over all I have Lost interest with it to be honest. Going to pull the stroker out, swap in a stock 4.0L for now to get it running. Look at the wrist pins (only part I haven't been able to check yet) and either fix the stroker and build the cage, or sell the Jeep and build what I really wanted from the start... (4 door Tacoma, 85-89 4runner) we will see, no real decisions made at this point. I may just sell the jeep and move into other interests in life for a bit.
In the mean time I bought a Lexus IS300 to drive for a more comfortable approach...

I found my engine problem. measured the cylinders and pistons, the cylinder wall-piston clearance was to tight, which eat up the side of cyl 6 piston. grooved the walls and ruined all 6 pistons.... machine shop screwed that up. :/ only had about 900-1000 miles on it.

So I took it apart, stole the cam, port/polished head, pumps blah blah blah and threw it all on a stock 4.0L short block, should still run pretty good for a 4.0L but wont be what it was
the current plan is to get the cage on it. set a few little things up and go run Sand Hollow in a few weeks and see how bad I can beat it up. Either fallback in love with it, or bring it back and put a for sale sign in it...

yeah it is, they had the pistons and block to match bore to each piston... weather or not the do anything about it though is debatable, I will find that out next week when i drop it off to them...
