Also ordered up a 241/205 kit from DD Machine and I finally found me a 14B FF rear axle for a decent price!
So with the parts begining to accumulate... I'll have my work cut out to keep this on the road between mods!

So this weekend the goal will be to tear all the plastic an carpet out of the rear, drop the tank and try to get the rear section of the unibody all plated. Then I'll cut the floor out, frame it up and drop the fuel tank in from the top side with it flipped 180 degrees so the fuel inlet will be on the passenger side... and the taper at the bottom will be toward the differential.

I was able to get a bit done before work today...
Stripped....
Cleaned up a bit...
Now the rear matches the front...

Working on the inside rail plating... contemplating whether I should weld the upper seam or just add a angle to the transition as shown in the pics?
Just weld this and call it good....
Or add the angle without welding the top of the plate... just weld the angle.
