are you going to fab up some sort of support for the transfer case now that it's set so much further back? How does it impact the front driveshaft under droop?

Although I'm not sure how I'm going to go about it... I do want to add some support without causing any stress. So I need to support the weight without limiting movement, which is probably not much with urethane mounts at the motor and trans output flange... still looking at some things others have done.
I will be running a two piece front shaft... a bearing block with slip yoke will mount at the trans crossmember. There are some really good home brew ideas out there on this one!

most of the underdrives come with a mounting plate that gets sandwiched between the planetary and the transfer case - did yours not?
Like so:

and then they use a standard GM transmission mount to bolt it to another crossmember, or an extension off the existing one. You could also just us a snubber underneath without bolting directly to the transfer case, just to support the weight.

i think this one they used a Scout mount

I'm looking at fabing a variation of that mount as the pancake style mount will not work with this planetary box.... as it has no rear seal/output bearing and must have a oil tight seal to the transfer case, uses the TC input flange to center the output and would take away from the amount of spline engagement... which is at 1.125" (minimum that I'm comfortable with).
So I'm thinking same idea with an external mounting flange...
What doubler are you running?

It happens. I haven't put/made a part for the jeep in over 6months. It sucks but whatever. I'll get back on it sometime.

In between working eight 12 hour shifts... I was able to cycle the front axle to determine if any adjustments need to be made. So it looks like I will move the frame side panhard mount a little forward and another mount hole lower. I will have to make sure I can get another inch of bump for the ORI's to work with current mounts or I'll frigin have to re-fab the upper (pain in the ***) or lower (easy) mount...
