Bought an adjustable trac bar and a steering stabilizer from Rough Country. Got them from a local 4x4 shop. They had them in stock. I should have those installed by next week or so.

Not an update, but I went mudding a bit this morning with the family.

I then power washed the Jeep, but that ended up being useless, because I had to go pull a friend out in the afternoon. (Lifted F-250, 7.3 L Diesel, 7,000 + lbs) It's the same guy I pulled out last October. He was stuck in some nasty mud/clay. It took a couple of tries, but I pulled him out.

Update:

Well, pulling that big truck did more damages than I thought. Let say that I won't be pulling any big trucks unless they pay me, and even then...

Here's a list of the damages:

-Changed the u-joints at the front wheel (have Spicer joints now)
-Need to change the u-joint near the transfer case, but the bearing inside the coupler is gone and after asking 2 drive shafts specialist, that bearing only dies when the drive shaft is scraped. After looking at it, it's scratched and damaged where the coupler goes, so I need to get my front drive shaft rebuild....

My drive shaft is now off the Jeep, so I can still drive it for now. I just won't go crazy in the mud with a RWD Jeep .

I've pulled out plenty of 1/2 ton trucks, as well as a few 3/4 ton diesels. No mechanical damage, but I did bend my hitch outwards eventually! haha

Ok just for the record. Those wheel u-joints were on their way out, but the other one at the transfer case was ok prior. Anyways, next time I'll charge what the towing charges and that's it. Either way no towing will go in those trails, so either they pay me or they can figure out another way. Lol.

Update:

The Jeep has been parked since last July or so. I was driving my other Cherokee everyday instead.

Well, about three months ago, my 1993 Cherokee (DD) died 2 times in 2 weeks, plus it has some issues here and there. I got fed up of it having issues and decided to just have one Jeep and buy something fun to drive and reliable since I have 2 kids.

I ended up with a 2008 Mini Cooper S Clubman with 38,750 miles. It's been three months and I'm in love with it.

Now back to the '92....We got a big snowstorm last week (43 inches in 24 hours, new record) and although the Mini drives good in the snow, I would have loved to drive the Jeep and try my 35 inch. So, since I got some money coming in, I decided to start fixing it. I will be using some parts of my other Cherokee to fix my 4x4 (front driveshaft and transfercase, since mine has some issues) I also bought some better u-joint (spicer) and a heavy duty steering kit from rugged ridge. (bought it at a 4x4 shop near me)

If everything goes well, Jeep should be back on the road in 3 to 4 weeks. Might be later since I want to make sure it's 110% ready to go offroading. I'm tired of putting stock parts and have them break a couple of months later. Some heavy duty stuff will hopefully help.

I'll keep updating.

Not much to report other than I changed my upper hose. It was leaking where the clamp is. It's all good now.

Not yet. My parts jeep is still at the garage getting dismantled and I'm having some money problems right now. I'm still waiting on a cheque from the dental insurance. It's been over a month now. I drive it around the block but that's all. It makes all kinds of noise and don't feel safe to drive it. Plus it's only RWD so it sucks on the ice/snow.
