TRICO Spray - Washer Pump part # 11-528 - there is an adapter plug that should be included in the package to use it for the washer if needed
FYI the front pump is the lower and the rear pump is the upper.
I always order my parts through RockAuto.com

Got my new Optima red top battery yesterday
- today was warm enough to get it installed
(about 10 degrees above zero)
original starting battery
Removed my 2nd battery (it had a dead cell) - gonna reuse my old original battery as my accessory battery (until I get my Optima yellow top)
Fits perfect
Original battery installed in 2nd battery spot
All wired up and everything works great!
More updates/upgrades coming shortly!!
new headliner fabric is here

I will be recovering the headliner soon -- needed to get it out to get access to the wiring for the dome light

Here's the link to the fans: 10" push/pull slim fans
Yes I said earlier in my build that I was planning on making my fan shroud, but I determined it was more cost effective to buy it on ebay.
Plus I don't possess the fabrication skills needed to make the way I wanted.
Gonna try and get these installed next weekend when it should be warmer. (30ish degrees)
headliner material preview
starting to remove the old headliner material
old material removed - now to remove all of the old foam and glue
I removed some of it with my finger - DAT JEEP

Love the electric fan setup. Are you going to wire two of them in for normal operation and have the third come on line for temp control/ ac use?

Well I have removed the ac compressor and have installed a bypass pulley.Originally Posted by OmgNoWai

I will probably wire 2 fans to the temp switch(normal op) and the 3rd to a switch in the cab.
getting there
almost done
there all "clean"
sun visor recovering
passenger 1 done (back)
passenger (front)
drivers 1 done (front)
drivers (back)
sun visor recover success
sun visors all done
Well I got anxious seeing all my supplies arrive that I went and completed my headliner recovering
All laid out and ready to starting spraying glue - I used Super 77
Map light cutout
Speaker holes and rear dome light cutout
All done - I am going to wait to reinstall this until Spring since I am going to add some sound deadening material to the ceiling.

dome light short has been found
traced it back to the rear cargo dome light wiring/faulty switch
I'm both relived and irritated.
Relieved that the issue has been found, but irritated that it happened and was so obvious.
Much thanks to JandDGreens for the help.

All right so I was looking around the Jeep trying to trace down the short problem and I finally found it!
I traced it to the passenger rear side compartment rear dome light speaker connector
It looks like the wiring got wet and corroded, causing the wires to short against each other.
It melted the connectors also.
Also it melted the rear dome light connector at the light.
If anyone out there knows where i could get one or someone has an extra one i would greatly appreciate it.
I know I could go to the JY and find one, but I'm lazy and it's cold out.
Now I get to reinstall my newly recovered headliner and sun visors. AW YEAH!!!
Ordered my new rear bumper from Affordable Offroad.
