I kept burning out those plug and play LED bulbs, not enough room for cooling.
They have a cooling fan mounted on the back/engine side of the bulb
plus there is adequate space behind/around each surround I hope there won't be any issues.
driver side bulb cooling fan
passenger side bulb cooling fan
little less room, but still looks to be enough
I will still keep the old set as an emergency backup
This is the low beam pattern in a not so dark parking lot

mine had cooling fans too, but after they run for a while the get hot enough to burn you. One went out, then the next went out 5 days later. Had to pay $10 per replacement so I said screw it and got truck lites. So much better.

those are really bright. Like I thought just 55/66 watt bulbs with upgraded harness and housing was a upgrade over stock. youll have to let us know down the road how they are doing. I would be worried that they wouldnt melt off the snow but from what the other guy was saying you shouldnt have a problem with that. Hope they dont burn out like nuts.
Very jealous of your new up-grades, I can't wait to get my taxes done. I told my wife I wanted to go ahead and order some stuff for my trailer but she said to wait till Tuesday. She handles paying the bills for the home. And I handle spending the excess Hah! Hah! I really want a high lift jack too but it is way down on my list of things.
Keep up-dating, good stuff!
This is roughly how I plan on laying them out on my Jeep. The lights will be RTV sealed to the roof to prevent leaks.
The lights will be grounded to the mounting screws. I will be "daisy-chaining" the hot leads together and adding an in-line fuse between the lights and the parking lamp wire on the headlight switch.

This has got to be the most incredible jeep build I have ever seen. Thank you for taking so much time to upload such quality pictures! Gave me wayy to many ideas than my budget SHOULD allow for
