Congrats on the move into a new place.... close to work means you could walk there while the Jeep's in pieces/parts. Lucky! I've got an 11.5 mile drive to my job... through the city too.

I'd overlook the color of the house too with that kind of garage setup! Wow! What's wrong with the furnace? Bet it keeps it nice and toasty in there for those winter projects!
