It's great. I'm going to take the Dana 35 locker out of the 8.25. Going to put my stock spiders back in tonight and weld up. Next weekend I am going to tackle my front axle.
Next weekend.
Dana 35 Locker and putting in the dana 30.
All new axle seals
New hub assemblies
Any other parts that I might need.

Well all was looking good until last night. Went on an impromptu ride following these.
Jeep was making the side by sides look funny. We came to a turn around spot. We had gone over a big tree eariler with no problems. Well going back across I heard the sound "pissss" I blew passenger front tire. My cousin said it looked like it knocked it off rim. So I decided I had to get on over the tree to put spare on. Turns out it wasent knocked off the rim it was torn. A hidden 1/2 inch pine knot got both tires. The back was on the same spot. Since they were toasted I went ahead and drove it slowly out of the trails to where I could get my truck and trailer this morning.
Android app never works for pictures. I will upload some when it works.
I will say its gonna sit there for a while its really frustrating. And im taking a brake frin the jeeo for a little while.

The tears were made worse by driving it on out. But they were beyond repair. Will sit there on trailer for a while.

Notthing major latley. Closer to wedding budget. I did pick up a Taurus fan to insatll. I also have the front on blocks. Gonna go ahead and work on getting the rear locker moved up front and weld the spiders. Also gonna do hubs and what ever else up front. Will eventually get to where I can order some new swampers. I picked up 2 crappy swampers for $50 so I could move it around when I get her back together.

Im not sure yet which route im gonna take. I may move the radiator so I can keep factory pulley. I know im gonna wire it to a 3 way switch for my control. Still deciding what relay I am going to use. I dont have many over heating issues. Mine only seems to run warm from 30 mph to 45 mph. Low speeds its fine. But long mountain climbs are tough.

So my swampers came in today. Wont be long and she will be ready to ride.
Scraped tauras fan and went with a BMW fan. Much eaiser of an install. Used Volvo relay for wiring works great. Noticeable hp gain.
Got my front ujoints and hubs repaced. Also pulled locker out of rear and put in D30. Spider gears in rear will be welded tomorrow when I have on lift installing new tires. Done a new caliper while there aa other seemed warn
Also got a 1/2 inch set metric 6pt deep 12-24 socket set for fathers day.
Tested front locker on crapy tires after I got it back together.

Got the winch installed today. Gonna finish it up when new solenoids come in. I also got my new tires installed. Finished cleaning rear up and got the fluid in it. I got to test her out a little bit. Locked front and rear is going to be fun. Then I tore it back apart to remove the A/C system. Still running warm. If this don't solve the issue I am going to break down and buy a new 3 row rad. That is the only thing left that's not new to this jeep lol. I ordered my delete pulley and got all the stuff pulled off today. I will upload more pics from phone in next post.

It only has 15 miles since I've done it. Will take over a year to get _500 miles trail rig. But yes I change fluid every summer or after a really wet ride so it will get changed in enough time to get flakes. I also put a really powerful magnet on the bottom of the case (out side) hopefully that will grab flakes and hold them down there. I cleaned really well and also ran magnet through for a while.
